The main house and additional apartment are rented together (never separately).
Up to 4 people will occupy only the main house.
When there are 5 or 6 people, they occupy the two houses (the 5th and 6th person occupy the additional apartment, which is independent from the main house, and is located a few meters from it, within the same plot).
If you want to use the additional apartment with an occupancy of less than 5 people, you will have to pay a supplement of 15 euros per day.

The viewpoint of La Punta, where you can see the whole valley and the beach of Tazacorte.
Mirador de El Time, which offers spectacular panoramic views of the Caldera de Taburiente, Aridane Valley and Cumbre Vieja.
Through this viewpoint runs one of the long-distance trails on the island of La Palma, the GR 131, also called "El Bastón", which runs from the Ruta de la Crestería to the Ruta de Los Volcanes. It is ideal for hiking and getting to know the natural and rural environment of the island of La Palma.
