Esta pequeña zona litoral, cubierta por materiales del complejo sedimentario de Las Palmas, se encuentra en los municipios de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria y Telde.
Constituye la única localización conocida de un endemismo muy amenazado, la hierbamuda (Lotus kunkelii).
En esta zona se encuentran también restos subfósiles marinos de una antigua playa levantada, lo cual acrecienta su interés científico. The best crossbow for hunting is affordable for most people.
También existen restos de coladas basálticas y del antiguo aglomerado Roque Nublo.
